Meet our leadership team

A strong organization is built based on the vision and strength of its leadership team.

Robert Cortright is the founder and executive chair. Robert founded DriveWealth based on the belief that investing in the US stock market should be accessible globally and could be achieved by combining the right technology, creativity, and financial market wisdom. Over his 30-year career, Robert served as a partner in Tachyon Capital Management, LLC, was a Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of TAB Networks, Inc., Co-Founded and was Co-Chief Executive Officer of FX Solutions, LLC, and was also Co-Founder of Financial Labs LLC, which was purchased by Bank of America. Robert earned a BA in Biochemistry and an MBA in International Finance from Lehigh University, and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 34, and 63 licenses. He is a two-time winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award, having won in 2009 in New Jersey for co-founding FX Solutions, and again in 2026 in New York for founding DriveWealth.

Naureen Hassan is the Chief Executive Officer. Naureen brings decades of experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence. Before joining DriveWealth, she served as President of UBS Americas, overseeing a $14 billion division with more than 20,000 employees and leading the US integration of Credit Suisse. Before UBS, she was previously First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, overseeing operations, technology, finance, and risk management. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Digital Officer for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and was Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab, where she led Investor Services segments, and served as COO of Schwab Bank. She began her career at McKinsey & Company. Naureen holds an AB degree from Princeton University, and a MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Marcus Anthony is the Chief Financial Officer. Marcus most recently served as DriveWealth’s Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Marcus joined DriveWealth from GCA Advisors after advising the company on its Series D capital raise in 2021. As an investment banker at GCA Advisors, he executed mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions for both public and private companies in the fintech and broader technology sectors. He was also an investment banker on the global mergers and acquisitions team at Barclays Capital where he advised corporations and private sponsors on complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and other transactions. Marcus is a former naval aviator and served as an officer in the United States Navy. Marcus holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.

Emily Chardac is the Chief People Officer. Emily brings over 15 years of experience leading workforce transformation, scaling high-growth organizations, and preparing innovative companies for IPO. She leads our global talent, culture, and communications. Before joining DriveWealth, Emily was Chief People Officer at OnePay, where she was part of the founding executive team who scaled growth to a $2.5B valuation and multiple product launches. Previously, she served as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Capital, driving global platform consolidation and organizational enablement across multiple businesses. Earlier roles include People Partner Lead at Square and Cash App (now Block), where she architected People Operations through hyper global growth and IPO readiness. Emily has also advised private equity and venture-backed growth stage fintechs. Emily holds a BA in business administration and a MBA in international business and human resources from Marquette University.

Robert Corti is the Chief Information Officer. Robert previously served as the Head of Technology Strategy, Delivery, and Compliance for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). In that capacity, he managed the NYSE’s technology transformation, which included the migration of the NYSE’s five equities markets, two options markets, and two industry market data processors (CTA & OPRA) to NYSE’s Pillar technology platform. He also managed the firm’s technology compliance and governance function, which included the NYSE’s compliance program for SEC Regulation SCI. Prior to joining the NYSE, Robert held consulting roles at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he advised large companies and major brands on technology and information security projects. Robert holds an AB in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Columbia University.

Rohit Mahna is the Chief Revenue Officer. Rohit brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services and technology to DriveWealth. He joined the firm from Fidelity Institutional, Fidelity’s B2B custody and clearing business, where he served as Head of Client Growth, leading the sales and relationship management teams supporting RIAs, family offices, and brokerage firms. Prior to Fidelity, Rohit spent more than a decade at Salesforce, where he helped architect Financial Services Cloud, the company’s first industry-specific application. Rohit holds a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

Barry Metzger is the Chief Brokerage Officer Barry brings over two decades of executive experience leading large-scale transformation across top financial institutions. Prior to DriveWealth, Barry served as Managing Director of Income and Wealth Solutions at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where he played a critical role in integrating the complex trading businesses of Schwab and TD Ameritrade. This work significantly strengthened the firm’s competitive position and support structure for both retail and institutional investors. He previously held the role of CEO of optionsXpress, where he was instrumental in driving innovation in digital brokerage and trading platforms. Barry holds a BA degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Stephen Nash is the Chief Commercial Officer Stephen leads the global sales and sales operations teams and is responsible for successfully leading the origination of many of our highest-profile partnerships, including Toss Securities, South Korea's largest digital wallet; Cash App, a leading financial app in the US; and BTG Pactual, Latin America's preeminent investment bank. Prior to DriveWealth, Stephen was an investment banker at TD Cowen, formerly Cowen & Company; Piper Sandler, formerly Piper Jaffray; and Citigroup. Stephen holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and actively pursues language learning, most recently acquiring proficiency in Portuguese.

Brad Roberts is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. Brad joined DriveWealth with extensive leadership experience in global risk management and regulatory oversight across financial markets infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Risk Management at Tradeweb, where he was a Managing Director and member of the Operating Committee. Prior to Tradeweb, Brad was Chief Operating Officer of the Risk & Compliance Office at Bloomberg. Brad holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as a Securities Industry Institute Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Wharton Executive Education, in addition to other security certifications.

Aaron Sokasian is the Chief Technology Officer. Aaron co-founded and served as CEO of Financial Labs, which was later acquired by Bank of America. At Bank of America, he led the Quantitative Strategies division. Aaron later co-founded Crypto-Systems, a proprietary trading firm in the digital asset sector, which was acquired by DriveWealth in 2022. Aaron earned a BA in Astrophysics from Cornell University and a PhD in Computational Astrophysics from Harvard University.

Harry Temkin is the Chief Digital Officer. Harry is responsible for engaging with a broad range of DriveWealth’s stakeholders, including prospects, partners, and investors, to transform traditional brokerage capabilities into modern API-first workflows. Harry previously served as Vice President of Seller Experience at eBay, Chief Executive Officer of KnowVera, LLC, a financial software company specializing in proprietary trading, and held numerous executive roles at Thomson Reuters and Bridge Information Systems. Harry served as a Director and Chairman of the Regulatory Oversight Committee of the BATS Stock Exchange from its inception in 2008 through 2015. Harry graduated Cum Laude from Hobart College with a BA in Economics and Mathematics.

Christopher Yamaguchi is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Christopher also serves as a board member for DriveWealth Lithuania UAB. Christopher came to DriveWealth from FINRA where he led examinations of various member firms, large multinational, high-risk member firms, and industry sweep initiatives.  Christopher earned his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and his BA in Economics and Classics from Bucknell University.
