DriveWealth Welcomes Chris Morgan as Chief Information Security Officer and Randy Howell as Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Leadership appointments reaffirm DriveWealth’s ongoing commitment to strengthening firm security posture and investing in world-class, resilient, and well-defended infrastructure

NEW YORK – October 5, 2026 – DriveWealth, a global Brokerage-as-a-Service platform powering the infrastructure for modern investing and trading, today announced two executive appointments that advance the company’s global security posture and risk infrastructure: Chris Morgan has joined DriveWealth as Chief Information Security Officer, and Randy Howell joins as Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Both will report to Brad Roberts, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer.

Chris Morgan Joins DriveWealth as Chief Information Security Officer

Morgan joins DriveWealth as Chief Information Security Officer effective immediately, bringing extensive financial services experience as well as knowledge in technical control design and implementation, information security analytics, and enterprise risk management. Morgan previously served as Chief Information Security Officer at OnePay, and most recently as CISO at Coastal Community Bank, with previous roles at Even, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He will lead and strengthen the company’s security function, overseeing and enhancing policy frameworks and regulatory compliance programs, as well as security monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting functions. He will play an essential role in ensuring DriveWealth is compliant with industry standards, ready for regulatory scrutiny, and well-defended against external attacks.

Randy Howell Joins DriveWealth as Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Howell joins DriveWealth’s Risk and Compliance team as Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), effective immediately. As Head of ERM, he will lead the creation of world-class risk infrastructure, building a powerful, scalable, and resilient risk ecosystem that can manage both the complexity of traditional brokerage operations, and the future of digital assets. He brings significant experience building and operating technology and AI-enabled risk frameworks, and systems that leverage the best of technological innovation without compromising regulatory integrity. Howell previously served as the Head of Brokerage Risk Management for Robinhood, held senior risk management roles at TD Ameritrade, and holds multiple FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 24, 4, 63, and 3.

“As DriveWealth continues to grow and expand globally, the importance of risk management and security — functions that touch every aspect of our business — has never been clearer,” said Roberts. “Chris brings deep industry experience that will inform how we strengthen our security posture, and Randy’s vital background in scaling risk infrastructure and integrating new technology will ensure we’re building systems prepared for tomorrow’s challenges, today.”
