Vincent Quinones is a veteran of the traded markets, active on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange since 1989. During the development and implementation of complex institutional execution strategies, Vincent's vast experience effecting transactions at the point-of-sale, combined with decades of operational experience is of great value to both the firm and its sophisticated client base. An arbitrageur by trade, his understanding of multi-legged, event-driven arbitrage trading, combined with his regulatory background and licensing, give him a unique perspective when navigating today's complicated Reg NMS market structure.
Vincent became a partner, Exchange Member, and floor broker with Cuttone & Co. in 1993. He has served as a member of the Organization of Independent Floor Brokers and recently served as a Director and Officer of the Floor Member Emergency Fund (FMEF) from 2006 to 2018. He was elected Floor Official in 2000, served until April of 2006, and was then elected Senior Floor Official. In 2008, he was appointed Floor Governor and after serving two terms was appointed Executive Floor Official. Vincent assumed the role of Chief Compliance Officer at Cuttone & Company in 2019 and became the Global Head of Execution Services after Cuttone & Company's acquisition in December 2020.
Mr. Quinones holds Series 7, 7A, 19, 24, 57, 14, 63 and 99 securities licenses.
